Neon Lights Conceal the Darkness of the Streets

In the streets of the fictional urban setting of Scarpone City lies a cesspool of crime and the worst of human nature. A stewing crockpot of violence and delinquency. But within these streets also live people. People with brewing lives and ambitions. People who laugh, who cry. People with stories. 

Scarpone Scamps follows the lives of six residents of Scarpone City, each with their own motivations and pasts, and their eventual formation of the infamous Street-Gang known as, "The Scarpone Scamps." Throughout the game, you will have the choice to choose between one of the six characters at certain moments, and depending on your choices, you will gain critical knowledge of the mystery to come.

A Story Told by Its Characters

Each main character has a different piece of the puzzle hidden away within their individual stories. As a result, the characters are the heart and soul of Scarpone Scamps.

Odie: A young, anxious boy who made his home on the streets before being taken in by Momo and her caregiver. While he learns to trust people and make friends, he struggles with the memories of an abusive household and a horrible figure from his past who just might still linger in the streets of Scarpone City.

Momo: An energetic young girl with incredible optimism. The thing Momo loves most in life is people, and will never hesitate to strike up a conversation with some stranger in the street to help them out with their problems. However, these attitudes may stem from a deep-set guilt from something she did in her past.

Mouse: An aggressive, violent streetrat with severe anger issues and self-destructive tendencies. She doesn't find much comfort outside of drinking her problems away, and makes a little cash through gambling and beating people up. Deep underneath her crass exterior, on the inside she is enraptured with the horrors of her memories with a certain, very powerful group of people. 

Eggs and Biscuit: A pair of close-knit twins who live underneath an abandoned overpass and run a rather popular Hot-Dog Cart on the streets. After Biscuit had been diagnosed with a rare eyesight disorder, he ran away from his life of luxury to see the world before he couldn't see it anymore. Eggs joined her brother, but will her deep-set resentment and desire for comfort get in the way of their close siblingship? What will happen when their bond is tested?

Cillian: A very kind, unproblematic individual with a strange fascination for their old, tattered journal. They seem to have trouble remembering things, but is otherwise unremarkable. Well, except for a tiny little secret that leads to very large consequences...
